Reflections
By previewing other groups' LO, we found that most of them are really interactive. They provide a certain level of control for users to change the content according to their preferences. For example, G4's LO allow users to adjust different values on weight and distances. It can motivate users to try different values, and different results come out.
Our LO, at this stage, can not show such high level of interactivity as users can only choose different tarot cards and read the meanings. Many classmates also commented that it is not interactive enough. Therefore, it is our main direction to improve our LO.

Task 1 - effective visual display

Reasons:
- There is a world map showing where this squid can be found and where the photo is taken.
- The descriptions of the different parts of the body of the squid can be read easily - short and clear. There are photos to show the real part of the squid.
- The size and the scale of the squid is shown clearly by comparing with human body and the truck.
- There is a real photo comparing the size of the squid and the human body.
- The background colour of the photo is good - blue, which seems like it is living in a deep sea.
- 3D illustration is used.
- The information provided is not comprehensive enough - it should also tell the movement, the weight, the history, etc.
- There should be arrows or lines showing the various parts of the squid.
